The Physician is a licensed health care practitioner who delivers a broad range of clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and health education. The incumbent conducts physical examinations; manages acute and chronic illnesses; orders and interprets diagnostic tests; performs minor procedures; and counsels patients on preventive health, family planning, and mental health concerns.
