Housing Navigator/CSRI RESET (UEC)

The Housing Navigator provides direct support to participants in the RESET Program by assisting them in securing and maintaining stable housing. This position works under the supervision of the Program Manager to develop individualized housing stability plans, coordinate rental assistance, and connect participants with wraparound services. In
addition, the Housing Navigator will provide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counseling and relapse prevention services as part of a comprehensive support plan. The Housing Navigator engages participants using a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach, supporting their long-term housing and community
reintegration success. |
