As the Director of Employee & Labor Relations, you will work under the administrative direction of the Vice President for People & Culture to promote the resolution of workplace conflicts, process grievances, and investigate and address performance and employee conduct issues. You will refer possible violations of the CSU Non-Discrimination Policy to the Office of Civil Rights and Compliance, while directly addressing other conduct concerns outside of that policy’s scope. Your expertise will ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, relevant labor laws, and systemwide and campus policies.
