The incumbent functions largely independently and with considerable discretion, with lead operational direction provided by the Chairs of these Departments, in facilitating all aspects of the budget and personnel matters. Primary duties include: Management, administration, and oversight of the budgets which include multiple stateside, auxiliary and scholarship funds; and management, administration and oversight of all personnel contracts for faculty, staff, and special contractors, and maintains personnel files for each department.
