Custodial Alternative Shift Crew Manager

Under the general supervision of the Lead Custodial Crew Manager, the Custodial Alternative Shift Crew Manager plans, organizes, and supervises custodial crews across the main, south, and off-site campuses. The Manager ensures daily custodial operations, supports special events, emergencies, and after-hours call backs, and assists with shift coverage as needed. Responsibilities include personnel management, oversight of contracted services, implementation of a quality assurance program, and delivering cost-effective services.
