| We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trades Manager to lead and oversee the Plumbing, Maintenance, Paint, and Lock shops at our campus. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Maintenance, this role is responsible for the strategic direction, daily operations, and overall effectiveness of these critical campus services. The Trades Manager will ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of campus infrastructure systems, while also driving preventive maintenance programs, compliance with regulatory standards, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include preventing maintenance, coordinating routine and emergency maintenance efforts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in facilities management, and a proven ability to improve system performance and operational efficiency. |
