| Working independently under the general direction of the UPE Director of Business and Patron Service Operations, the Concessions and Volunteer Coordinator provides comprehensive support to UPE projects, with primary responsibility for University Concessions and University Commencement. This project-oriented role encompasses the full lifecycle of program support, including planning, coordination, communication, execution, evaluation, reporting, and accountability. The position also requires proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and the provision of lead work direction to students and CSE staff. As UPE is dedicated to strengthening patron relationships and enhancing the overall patron experience, this role is essential to advancing that mission.
