Community Service Specialist (Community Service Specialist I), Parking Administration San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under general supervision of the Parking Director, the Community Service Specialist will receive day-to-day lead work direction from a Lead Community Service Specialist II. This position is often the first presence a visitor will encounter when coming to campus and they play a critical role in supporting the mission of University Police Department and the University as a whole. The Community Service Specialist performs standard duties related to patrolling campus buildings, facilities and parking lots; enforcing established rules and regulations by taking the appropriate actions; and performing related community support functions.
Confidential Administrative Support (Confidential Administrative Support II), Human Resources Division San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under general direction, the Lead HR Representative provides high-level administrative, confidential, and technical support to the Division of Human Resources. The role supports HR leadership with administrative functions, procurement, absence management, and sensitive reporting, while serving as a key liaison between front desk operations, HR leadership, and internal teams. As lead for HR Front Desk and Lobby operations, the position provides work direction to front-line staff, resolves complex inquiries, and implements process improvements using advanced knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and applicable laws. The incumbent independently manages multiple priorities and oversees key programs, including Volunteer Services, New Employee Orientation and Onboarding, and Offboarding/Separation, ensuring efficient, compliant, and service-oriented HR operations.
Classification & Compensation Analyst (Confidential Administrative Support II), Human Resources Division San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under general direction, the Analyst provides high-level administrative, confidential, and technical support for Classification & Compensation Services. Responsibilities include conducting classification reviews of non-MPP and MPP positions, performing compensation market studies, participating in benchmark surveys, and supporting CSU Meet and Confer sessions and salary negotiations. The Analyst interprets and applies Collective Bargaining Agreements, CSU Classification Standards, and technical letters; reviews Independent Contractor requests in coordination with Procurement; supports grievance processes by gathering information, preparing correspondence, and coordinating with HR Employee & Labor Relations; and participates in classification studies conducted by the Chancellor's Office.

Under direct supervision of the Executive Director for Employee and Labor Relations, the Employee and Labor Relations Specialist provides complex level counsel, direction and recommendation to administrators, represented/non-represented staff, union partners and third parties related to all HR functions, formal and informal union grievances/CBAs and related activities.
