The College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences seeks a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative Associate Dean for Personnel and Academic Resources (ADPAR) to work collaboratively with the Dean, Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Student Success, budget analysts, contracts analysts and department chairs to develop and implement strategies that support faculty, staff, and student success across 12 departments, 18 programs, 350 faculty (tenure-line and lecturer), 40 staff and over 4600 majors. Under general supervision and lead work direction, the position performs planting, irrigation, mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, debris removal, and recycling collection. The incumbent operates hand and power tools, assists with irrigation repair, tree work, athletic field preparation, and nursery functions, responds to routine and emergency service needs, maintains work records, and follows safety, sustainability, and customer service standards in support of the University’s mission.

The Kremen School currently enrolls more than 2,400 students in undergraduate, credential, graduate, and doctoral programs; and it prepares more P-12 school teachers than any other public university in California. In addition to training the region’s teachers, the Kremen School trains ethically informed counselors and educational leaders, while providing professional support to the community and promoting applied research.
