| Under general supervision, independently perform a full range of standard dispatch duties on rotating shifts. The incumbent will receive information, complaints, requests and signals from a variety of communication equipment. The incumbent will accurately evaluate information and situations, determine a proper course of action, and disseminate information to appropriate personnel. The incumbent will handle police, parking, and other types of radio traffic, maintain all information in a computer-aided dispatch system (CAD), and perform other classification related duties as assigned. |

| The HRIS & Payroll Manager oversees the daily operation of payroll and HRIS functions for the university. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing for all employee groups in compliance with applicable laws, collective bargaining agreements, and CSU policies. The position supervises HRIS and payroll staff, coordinates system operations, audits transactions, supports system updates and testing, and contributes to the development of policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance. Serving as a key liaison to the State Controller’s Office, Chancellor’s Office, and campus partners, the HRIS & Payroll Manager supports campus operations through effective customer service, sound fiscal practices, and integrated payroll and HRIS business processes. |
