| The Department of Music at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time lecturer for Spring 2026 to teach MUSC 140: Beginning Guitar. Salary is commensurate with credential and experience. The course is an introduction to guitar performance. Students will learn to read, write, and perform guitar music of progressive difficulty. Emphasis on basic music theory, different levels of guitar technique, scales, chord-building and sight-reading skills. |

| The Industrial Technology, Packaging, and Entrepreneurship (ITPE) Area in the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, invites applications for a full-time, tenure-line, academic year position as Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management (SCM) beginning August 17, 2026.
We are seeking candidates with teaching and research interests in the broad areas of SCM, with particular emphasis on (but not limited to): (1) Digital supply chain technologies, (2) Data analytics and modeling, (3) Sustainability and resilience through technology, (4) Enterprise resource planning and information systems, and (5) Logistics and distribution.
The ITPE Area is dedicated to excellence in undergraduate education through a laboratory-intensive, hands-on curriculum that embodies Cal Poly’s “Learn by Doing” philosophy.
