CSBS - Program of Social Sciences Lecturer Pool	San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Program of Social Sciences seeks applicants for its part-time lecturer pool. We are seeking experienced, well-organized, and student-centered individuals to teach in the subject area of social sciences. Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree in a field relevant to the curriculum of the social sciences. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior teaching experience at the college or university level and who can furnish evidence of strong teaching. A Ph.D. is desirable, but not required. Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students. Preference will be given to those with experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment. This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the program to draw on as necessary and all appointments are temporary. Staffing decisions are made on a rolling basis typically beginning a few months prior to the start of an academic term right up to the beginning of the academic term. We recommend submitting your application at least 4 months before the beginning of an academic term to be considered for available positions.
Senior Manager, Talent Development	Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Development to play a key role in designing, developing and delivering professional development courses, classes and programs for Chancellor’s Office employees. This work includes collaborating with key stakeholders (such as COHR, SMEs, systemwide workforce planning teams and vendors) to identify the Chancellor’s Office’s organizational needs; creating and sourcing suitable educational materials for in-person and online delivery; facilitating in-person and virtual classes; evaluating the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of professional development offerings; and designing post-program activities for ongoing development. In short, this position helps ensure that Chancellor’s Office employees are developing skills and capabilities in an effective, targeted way that supports personal development and engagement, and promotes the growth of our organization. In addition to supporting the Chancellor’s Office, this position also occasionally supports wider systemwide talent development initiatives, providing consultation, program design and delivery, and evaluation in alignment with wider CSU priorities.

Donor Engagement Officer - 2 Positions (Administrator I)	East Bay
The Donor Engagement Officer is a frontline fundraising professional responsible for building Cal State East Bay’s pipeline of individual donors and future major gift prospects. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, this position manages a portfolio of alumni, donors, and prospective donors, with a focus on securing annual gifts generally ranging from $1,000 to $15,000. Through personalized outreach, donor visits, proposals, solicitations, and stewardship, the officer will acquire, retain, renew, and upgrade donors while meeting established fundraising and engagement goals. The position will also identify individuals with the capacity and inclination to make gifts of $25,000 or more and coordinate their transition to major gift officers. Working collaboratively with Annual Giving, Alumni Engagement, University Communications and Marketing, colleges, programs, and campus partners, the Donor Engagement Officer will develop donor communications, support crowdfunding and Giving Day initiatives, cultivate volunteers, and communicate the impact of philanthropic support on students and the University.
