| In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the primary expert and passionate advocate for international student support and long-term success. As both a SEVIS Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring immigration compliance while cultivating a welcoming, inclusive environment that helps students from across the globe feel at home and thrive.
With your blend of high-level analytical insight and exceptional interpersonal skills, you’ll design, lead, and implement policies and innovative programming that directly influence student success, belonging, and retention. Whether it’s launching transition workshops, developing cross-cultural engagement efforts, or refining student success tracking systems, your work will meaningfully shape the academic journey of hundreds of international students.
