The Department of Communication and Media at California State University, San Bernardino seeks an Instructional Student Assistant (ISA) to provide support for a large lecture general education course in Digital Media and Society. Typical activities include working with the course instructor to publish course materials to Canvas, use rubrics to evaluate student work and provide feedback, and entering grades in Canvas.

The USU is currently recruiting for Lifeguards for the Student Recreation Center (SRC). Under supervision of the Aquatics Supervisor, the Lifeguard is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety of patrons using the aquatic facilities, as well as enforcing rules and regulations regarding pool use. Lifeguards complete routine and complex assignments requiring specialized knowledge and/or be responsible for assisting in the oversight of a critical operation, project or service.

The School of Education at California State University San Marcos accepts applications on an ongoing basis for our pool of part-time lecturers. Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience. Applicant pools are used to fill short-term temporary Lecturer positions across our campus with the possibility of rehiring. Appointments may last from one day to a whole semester. This applicant pool may be used to fill vacant positions on an as-needed basis throughout the academic year. Applications in this pool ad will only be good for the current academic year. This pool will be closed effective May 31st. If you wish to be considered for the next academic year, you will need to apply to the new pool as it becomes available by June 30th.

Engages with and analyzes how Native American and Indigenous filmmakers reclaim and reshape their narratives through visual sovereignty. Aims to dismantle colonial viewpoints and promote an understanding of Indigenous self-determination and representation in media through a variety of filmic genres and media platforms.
