Working independently, under general supervision of the Manager of Customer Support, the Facilities Reservations Coordinator performs a full range of complex clerical and administrative support coordinator duties for the Facilities Reservations and Event Services (FRES) program, specifically, and Facilities Management & Services (FMS) in general. This role facilitates reservations of conference, meeting, lecture, athletic, and specialty space throughout campus, and maintains high customer service standards. This position works with on-campus and community clients to facilitate reservations which may include creating and providing facility use quotes, fulfilling special equipment/service requests, initiating billing/ invoice processes and communicating with all university departments impacted by room usage.
