This is a 12-month administrative appointment with assigned time consistent with CSU policy and requires five days a week campus presence. This role supports compliance with CSU standards, health and safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and recycling programs. The coordinator also works closely with supervisors, Facilities Work Control, and campus partners to respond to service requests, special events, and operational needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse campus environment. Familiarity with work order systems, union environments, and customer service best practices is highly desirable. The ability to lead by example, support staff, and maintain consistent service levels is essential. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the campus community while supporting a collaborative Facilities team dedicated to operational excellence.

These services support the clinic’s mission to have students achieve and maintain an optimal state of health so they may attain their academic and career goals. The Family Nurse Practitioner evaluates, diagnoses, and treats medical conditions of CSUEB students with an emphasis on preventative care, as per protocol and approved privileges, and under the supervision of a physician. The family nurse practitioner also provides health education and performs health promotion activities, and other administrative duties as assigned, such as serving as lead for licensed and unlicensed nursing staff, as needed. The family nurse practitioner may also provide some employee health-care services. This position may require occasional coverage at CSU East Bay’s Concord campus.
