| Do you thrive on building meaningful relationships and driving transformational change through philanthropy? The University is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Philanthropy to join our advancement team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our institution.
As a key leader reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy, you will champion multi-year, major gift fundraising efforts that fuel innovation, expand opportunities, and create lasting impact for generations of students. Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 passionate donors and prospects, you’ll design and execute creative strategies for identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship—with a focus on securing gifts of $25,000 and above.
In this high-impact role, you’ll:
Partner with visionary donors to align their passions with the University’s most exciting priorities.
Collaborate with talented colleagues across Development, Prospect Research, Scholarships, Planned Giving, and the Annual Fund.
Engage faculty, leadership, and other university partners to advance groundbreaking initiatives.
Drive results by securing $1 million annually through major gifts, pledges, planned gifts, and more.
This is more than fundraising—it’s about transforming lives and shaping the University’s future. If you’re a relationship builder with a track record of inspiring philanthropy at the highest levels, we invite you to bring your talent, creativity, and energy to a role where your work truly makes a difference. |
