Reporting to the Director & Chief Procurement Officer, the Procurement Professional II works independently to perform a variety of moderately complex purchasing and contracting activities, including IT hardware and software, services, and campus agreements. This role coordinates solicitations, processes procurement transactions, and provides guidance to campus departments while supporting workflows within the CSUBUY Procure-to-Pay system. The position also emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, offering practical procurement solutions, and building strong relationships with campus partners, community professionals, and suppliers. |
