In collaboration with the Program Director, the Coordinator supports the overall success of the program by working closely with lead program faculty and other part-time staff, providing lead work direction to temporary student support staff, and ensuring strong academic integration and compliance with institutional and grant-related requirements. While the Program Director serves as the primary liaison between the program and university departments, faculty, families, and community partners, the coordinator helps sustain effective communication, coordination, and daily operations across all areas of the program.
