| The Senior Director of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, & Platform Services provides strategic leadership, vision, and operational oversight for the University’s hybrid IT ecosystem, including cloud platforms, on-premises infrastructure, network services, data center, research computing, and enterprise hosting environments.
This role is responsible for transforming traditional infrastructure services into scalable, secure, and resilient platform-based services that enable teaching, learning, research, and administrative excellence. The Senior Director leads the evolution of the University’s technology landscape toward cloud-first, automation-driven, and AI-enabled capabilities, while ensuring high availability, performance, and security of mission-critical systems.
The position plays a key leadership role in:
• Advancing digital transformation initiatives
• Supporting data-intensive research and high-performance computing needs
• Enabling modern application development and integration environments
• Partnering on cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance strategies
• Delivering reliable, customer-centered infrastructure services
