The role focuses on data reporting, analysis, communications, and programs that support strategies to strengthen organizational culture and campus climate at CSUSB.
The position develops and implements strategies, policies, and training programs that promote a positive campus climate while supporting the work of the senior diversity officers and the President’s DEI Board.
As a strategic partner, the Associate Director collaborates with departments across the university, engages with senior leaders, and provides innovative solutions to complex issues related to culture and climate. The role requires a proactive professional with expertise in higher education culture and climate research and best practices. |
