| The Disability Access Center (DAC) offers a wide range of accommodation services that ensure students with disabilities have equal access and opportunity to pursue their educational goals. The ASL Interpreter position will provide on-site interpreting services for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and/or Deaf-Blind students in: classrooms, lectures, labs, assigned course activities, placements, internships; in meetings with other academic departments, advisors, professors, university platform situations, telephone interpreting for academically related needs; provide limited mobility assistance for Deaf-Blind students, and voice for students. This position is a part time (32 hours/week) 10/12 position, meaning employed 10 months of the year. |
