Weekend Lead Custodian

| Under the supervision of the Associate Director, the Lead Custodian will custodial personnel in all aspects of housekeeping service including providing schedules, checking the employees work progress, connecting employees to the appropriate resources, while supporting them and providing equipment/supplies as needed. The incumbent will regularly inform supervisor of any issues of concern and will consistently check for work progress ensuring that the cleaning standards are met in accordance with HRLs expectations of quality customer service. Lead will ensure the security of the HRL buildings by checking to assure they have been properly secured/locked. Encourage safe working procedures and report any safety hazards to supervisor. The Lead Custodian will make recommendations to supervisor on training, orientation, and workloads. This position works from Thursday to Monday. |
