| The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Financial and Operations Analyst to provide fiscal and administrative oversight to support the operational effectiveness of the department. The role exercises independent judgment in analyzing a budget portfolio comprised of multiple funding sources and constraints, and makes recommendations to maximize department resources. It ensures full compliance with CSU Chancellor’s Office, state, federal, and private grantor fiscal policies, practices, and procedures. The incumbent is responsible for processing all expenditures, reconciliations of financial activity, error resolution, and submittal of annual budget requests and quarterly reports. |
