| Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Financial Aid, the Assistant Director helps administer financial aid programs and services while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. This role reviews and resolves complex aid cases, responds to student and parent inquiries, and oversees customer service and production functions within the Financial Aid and Scholarship Office. The Assistant Director also serves as a lead for one or more functional areas—such as compliance and verification or conflicting information—and supports daily office operations. The position requires effective collaboration with students, families, faculty, staff, and external partners to advance student access and success.
