Head Coach, Women's Basketball Bakersfield
The Head Coach, Women’s Basketball will provide a clear vision for the program that is consistent with the traditions and mission of the University and the Athletic Department. Under the administrative direction of the Director of Athletics or his/her designee, the Head Coach, Women’s Basketball will support and enhance the mission of the University Athletic Department. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the CSUB Women’s Basketball Program, implementation of and compliance with the budget of the program, and the recruiting, training, supervision, evaluation, and performance of student-athletes and coaching staff. The incumbent shall also have responsibility for the scheduling of contests and opponents, but the Director of Athletics or his/her designee retains the final approval regarding the program’s schedule of contest and opponents.
Clinic Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Temporary, Hourly) East Bay
The Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences is an academic department in the newly formed College of Health, offering BS and MS degrees conducted under the auspices of the academic department and the Rees Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic. The Rees Clinic provides a variety of services to individuals with communications disorders residing in surrounding Bay Area Communities. Each semester approximately 100 clients and 50 family members from the community receive services in the Rees Clinic. The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality front-line service for clients and community members that visit the Rees Clinic, keep careful records and documentation of clinic services, and represent the Rees Clinic at community events. This position serves under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services, and works closely with the Administrative Support Coordiantor, and the Department Chair.
Projects Coordinator East Bay
The Projects Coordinator serves as a key operational and confidential support professional within the Office of the Provost. The position coordinates high-level projects, manages sensitive and confidential information, and facilitates cross-divisional initiatives on behalf of the Provost and Academic Affairs leadership. The incumbent ensures that strategic priorities, cabinet initiatives, and Academic Affairs projects are executed efficiently through proactive planning, workflow management, and interdepartmental coordination. This role requires discretion, independent judgment, and a comprehensive understanding of university policies, governance structures, and administrative processes. The position supports executive decision-making by preparing materials, tracking initiatives, and safeguarding confidential communications and documentation.
