| The Higher Education Project Analyst provides support in building and maintaining partnerships with local high schools and community colleges to support student recruitment and access to higher education resources. Assist in the development and dissemination of Child Development Teaching Certificate resources for community partners. Coordinate and support higher education events, both on and off campus, in collaboration with community organizations. Provide mentorship, guidance, and ongoing support to scholarship recipients across multiple scholarship programs. |

| Reporting to the Associate Vice President and Dean of Students, the Administrative Specialist coordinates direct support for the Dean of Students and Associate Dean as well as high level administrative support functions for the offices within this unit (Student Conduct and Ethical Development, Behavioral Intervention, Ombuds). |
