Career & Transition Coordinator (Temporary)

| The Think by the Bay Career & Transition Coordinator independently leads the development and implementation of career exploration, employment readiness, and interagency transition planning services for students with intellectual disabilities (ID) enrolled in the Think by the Bay program at CSUEB. The Coordinator develops and expands on-campus and community-based employment partnerships, implements individualized and customized employment strategies, and represents the program in collaboration with external agencies including Local Education Agencies (LEAs), regional centers, and the Department of Rehabilitation. Working in partnership with families, faculty, and staff, the Coordinator ensures coordinated transition planning, alignment with IEP/IPP goals, and measurable employment outcomes that prepare students for meaningful postsecondary employment.
