We seek a dynamic scholar-teacher committed to inclusive excellence in research, teaching, and mentorship within a diverse university community. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in musicology, develop innovative curricula that engages diverse musical traditions and methodologies including collaboration across fields in the College of Humanities and the Arts, and maintain an active research agenda appropriate to an R2 institution, and demonstrate interest. Transfer Admissions Counselor- SSP II (2 Positions)

| The Office of Admissions is looking for an independent, detail-oriented, quick-learning and professional individual to be part of our Transfer Admissions team. Under the general supervision of the Director of Admission and supervising Associate Director, the Transfer Admission Counselor coordinates the processing, evaluation, and advising of applicants for assigned groups. The counselor must follow a wide and complex range of relevant policies when making final admissions decisions. This position is also responsible for advising on Admission requirements, policies and procedures to various audiences including prospective students/applicants, faculty and staff. Working with other East Bay offices, the counselors also participate in the campus-wide effort to recruit prospective students as well as support the transition of admitted applicants to enrolled students. |
