Under the general supervision of the Assistant Dean of Student engagement, the Facility & Scheduling Coordinator will serve in the new, state of the art, 118,700 square-foot Mashouf Wellness Center (MWC) that opened in 2017. The incumbent coordinates operations and scheduling for event and recreation spaces. within Division of Student life. The smooth operation and general supervision of the Mashouf Wellness Center (MWC), ANNEX and all Recreational indoor & outdoor spaces. Additionally, the incumbent is coordinates and monitors budget activity. for engagement unit & serve reservations and scheduling approver. As well as events set-up for spaces through the student engagement Unit under the Division of Student Life. Lastly, the incumbent is responsible to coordinate and process accounts payable, procurement purchases, and purchase orders. and serve as the liaison between the student engagement Unit in the procurement office. Incumbent must strategically align work and outcomes in a way that supports the mission of the SF State campus, Student Affairs cabinet area, the Student Life, and Campus Recreation/Mashouf Wellness Center, and is in line with NIRSA: Leaders in Collegiate Recreation, and other higher education and industry best practices
Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations (Administrator II, Range 1) - Development Office San Francisco
The Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR) will build on the University-wide program to steward and grow corporate and foundation support. The University has a robust CFR fundraising presence, and the Senior Director will work to proactively expand and leverage relationships to identify and increase new funding opportunities. The Senior Director is a key member of the centralized development team and will manage the planning, organizing, and implementing of the corporate and foundation fundraising program with the goal of increasing support focused on the University’s strategic and campaign priorities. The incumbent works with senior leadership and faculty to develop and implement strategies and relationships that increase opportunities for corporate and foundation philanthropy, sponsorships, collaborative research, professional and executive training, student internships and recruitment, and continuing education. The senior director will implement and manage corporate and foundation relationships to facilitate communication between campus stakeholders and empower units to build deeper and broader relations with funders. The Senior Director is a self-motivated individual with proven networking and leadership skills. The Senior Director will manage the Corporate and Foundation Relations program to ensure that the mission and goals of the campus are achieved with respect to corporate and foundation support for philanthropy. The Senior Director will partner with the various colleges and major fundraising units, and their assigned development officers to provide critical resources and personnel to proactively identify funding opportunities and make fruitful matches with corporate and foundation funding sources. The Senior Director will be supported by and will manage the director of CFR in this work. This position reports to the Associate Vice President of Development.
