| The department of Supplemental Instruction (SI) within the Division of Academic Affairs is a learning support program that provides weekly group study sessions for students taking bottleneck, key gateway, or historically difficult courses. It is led by exceptional students who have mastered the course materials. The Supplemental Instruction leaders are trained to facilitate group sessions where students can meet to improve their understanding of the course materials, review and discuss important concepts, develop study strategies, and prepare for exams. We seek an exceptional individual to join our team as the Director of Academic Support (Administrator II). The ideal candidate in this role should have a positive attitude, an active, energetic mind, and a leadership style that is characterized by highly ethical practices and a commitment to inclusivity, openness, flexibility, integrity, and kindness. |

Police Officer Cadet

| The Cadet is a non-sworn officer in a trainee capacity. Incumbents attend a Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) certified academy to develop the minimum qualifications necessary to assume a position as a sworn police officer. Upon successful completion of the required POST training (police academy) within the required time frame and at the discretion of management, the Police Officer Cadet will be appointed to the classification of Police Officer. Police cadets work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. |
