Working in partnership with families, faculty, and staff, the Coordinator ensures coordinated transition planning, alignment with IEP/IPP goals, and measurable employment outcomes that prepare students for meaningful postsecondary employment.

The Think by the Bay Campus Life Coordinator provides coordination and oversight of residential life supports and social and independent living skill development opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities (ID) participating in the Think by the Bay program at CSUEB. The Campus Life Coordinator provides lead work direction to student staff living in the dorms (Independent Living Coaches), collaborates with campus housing and disability support offices, and ensures students are equipped with the skills needed to live independently, access campus resources, and engage socially.
