The position provides direct and indirect support to department chairs; coordinates projects; researches and analyzes information; delegates and monitors work; independently interprets and applies policies; and resolves daily operational issues using sound judgment and discretion. The ASC also facilitates the Chemistry Summer Research Institute (CSRI) and supports faculty advisors in planning and scheduling student events.
