| Under the general supervision of the Associate Vice President for Student Success and Engagement, the Director of the Office of Belonging and Inclusion (OBI) serves as the lead administrator for the Office of Belonging and Inclusion and the Men’s Success Initiative. The Director is responsible for the planning, implementation, coordination, and assessment of programs, services, and training that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, identity development, and a sense of belonging in support of student engagement, retention, and degree completion. The Director implements institution-wide initiatives that support the recruitment, matriculation, persistence, and graduation of students identified by the CSU system as underrepresented.
