The Director of Beach XP is responsible for designing, implementing, and directing programs that are equitable, inclusive and provide culturally sensitive services that enhance the student experience. This role leads and coordinates campaigns to strengthen student retention. Additionally, the person will develop and support initiatives for student success in the coursework and in instilling a sense of belonging in The Beach community. The Director of Beach XP provides day-to-day operational oversight including student and administrative support. This position uses a student-centered and equity-minded approach in all communication and service efforts.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Development, the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations is responsible for engaging with college and campus leaders to secure philanthropic funding from corporations and foundations for university initiatives. In addition to actively managing a portfolio of prospects, the Director will collaborate with development colleagues across campus to identify projects and potential funders for the university.
