| Under the immediate supervision of the Supervising Building Service Engineer, the primary responsibility of this position is the performance of preventive maintenance activities related to HVAC systems focused on HVAC filter management. The position also works closely with a journey-level Building Service Engineer to carry out assigned operation, maintenance, and servicing of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and associated mechanical systems, in accordance with established procedures, safety requirements, and supervisory direction. |
