| Under the general supervision of the, Police Sergeant, the Police Officer’s primary responsibilities, include but are not limited to: protecting students, faculty, staff, campus visitors, property, and facilities from accidents, bodily harm, fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry; enforcing laws and traffic regulations; apprehending violators; providing general information and assistance to the public; crime prevention; and assisting in investigations. Special assignments may include Investigations, Crime Prevention, Critical Response Unit (C.R.U.), and Boat Patrol. |

| The Student Assistant Secured Watch Stander is responsible for supporting the safety and security of the Training Ship Golden Bear. Secured Watch consists of two (2) licensed track Engine and two (2) licensed track Deck cadets on duty at all times. Watch assignments will generally consist of four (4)-hour shifts unless otherwise approved. Part-time position is available in the Training Ship Golden Bear (Only around holidays) . Open until filled. |

| Part-Time Positions Available in Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM). Support customer service efforts across strategic enrollment management (SEM) which includes admissions and recruitment, financial aid and the registrar. Facilitate campus tours for prospective students, families/supporters, counselors with student groups, and community-based organizations. Represent Cal Poly at select on- and off-campus outreach and recruitment events. Staff the front desk in Mayo Hall. Answer SEM emails and phones. Complete SEM data entry/analysis and research projects. Complete on-campus errands as needed. Other duties as assigned. Open until filled. |
