Major Duties

Programming - oversee planning program activities, workshops, support groups events in our 3 locations and virtually

Collaborate with other agencies in the region to provide educational programs

Develop new workshops program activities to meet goals.

Collaboration - participate in regional collaboratives including FRCNLAC, Help Me Grow

Communications - oversee newsletter and social media postings.

Personnel - supervise downline staff; manage payroll, purchase supplies as needed



Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chrome or other widely used and supported Internet browsers, and in information gathering systems.

Ability to read, analyze and present information to a variety of audiences required.

Ability to manage and analyze data; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Bachelor's degree or at least 10 years of related experience required; bilingual Spanish speaker desirable.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Understanding of principles of family strengthening and support, disabilities and special education systems.

Understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity and culturally appropriate service delivery materials.


Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC). The position is full-time, 30+ hours per week.


The anticipated hiring maximum: $25.00 per hour.


General Information


Per CSUN/TUC Mandate, the candidate will be required to show proof of COVID 19 vaccination including booster.
