Major Duties
Under general supervision, the Administrative Support Coordinator provides administrative and fiscal support to the
Center on Disabilities. The incumbent coordinates daily operations, applying judgment, discretion, and initiative in
performing professional-level secretarial and administrative work.
-Acts as first point of contact; provides customer services, answering calls, emails and other communications.
-Maintains accounts, database system, and financial records; generates monthly financial reports. Monitors budget
projections, reconciling against actuals, and processes HR paperwork and documents.
-Coordinates student assistant payroll and schedule.
-Initiates departmental service requests, travel requests and reimbursements.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Previous Experience with Peoplesoft
Proficiency in Excel Workbooks, Word and Outlook
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Previous experience with large events a plus.
Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).
The anticipated hiring range: $16.41- $28.83 per hour.
General Information
THE SELECTED CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO PASS A THOROUGH DEPARTMENT (BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION AND LIVE SCAN).
Per CSUN/TUC Mandate, the candidate will be required to show proof of COVID 19 vaccination including booster.
