Clinical Case Manager-SSP IV Pomona
The Clinical Case Manager is a critical component of the mission of the Care Center and CAPS to provide effective linkage support for students in a clinical mental health setting. The Case Manager will develop a sustainable case management system for connecting students to appropriate on- and off-campus providers by providing referrals, linkages, and case management support for students who engage with CAPS services. The Case Manager works closely with the CAPS clinical team to develop appropriate linkage plans, provide appropriate follow-up for students needing support connecting with resources and providers, and provide case management consultation as needed. The Case Manager also works closely with key campus partners, including but not limited to Student Health Services, the Care Center, Students of Concern Team (SOCT), and other case managers on campus that may provide efficient linkage to non-clinical on- and off-campus resources. The Case Manager will support CAPS activities, including tabling, outreach, and student mental health and well-being workshops. The Case Manager supports CAPS efforts to gather and interpret data related to usage, student visits, linkage, and support.
Manager, Emergency Management & Business Continuity Pomona
The Manager of Emergency Management & Business Continuity will provide leadership and oversight in the areas of emergency management, disaster recovery and business continuity.
