Music Technician Pomona
The main functions of this position are to acquire, maintain, and repair the music department's extensive inventory of musical and electronic instruments as well as other specialized equipment required by the department; to conduct technical/operational oversight of the Music Recital Hall including scheduling department performances and extracurricular activities; to coordinate external leases of music department facilities; to oversee maintenance and upgrades to existing facilities; to facilitate the production of department performances; and to provide technical instructional support to department classes. This position is also responsible for hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling 20-30 student assistants, and supervising outside contractors, during a typical academic year in order to support instruction and up to 50 music department performances.
Outreach Counselor Pomona
The Outreach Counselor will provide comprehensive outreach services that include the timely and accurate dissemination of information about Cal Poly Pomona, the CPP admissions process, and the California State University to students, parents, campus constituents and the external community. The incumbent will be assigned responsibility for specific programs, populations, and schools within an assigned region. The Outreach Counselor plays a critical role in the representation and marketing of the University to prospective students, families, high school and community college personnel, community groups, and the development of external relations with schools and the community.

Systems & Operations Coordinator, New Student Programs and Family Engagement Pomona
The Systems and Operations Coordinator, New Student Programs and Family Engagement provides programming and operational coordination to support the implementation of the University's mandatory orientation enrollment requirement. The coordinator’s primary responsibilities include managing the CPP Pre-Orientation modules, monitoring students’ progress through modules, assisting with the office implementation of the customer relationship management (CRM) system Slate, and assisting with the evaluation and assessments developed to measure outcomes. The position also assists with planning and implementing the administrative and logistical tasks required to execute the student orientation programs successfully; counsels and guides students through any enrollment-related issues/situations; leads student assistants who provide frontline customer service to new students and their families; manages the overall flow of the office; assists with marketing, including social media and communications; and leads the summer graduate intern. LMS Administrator/Application Analyst Pomona
Under the general direction of the Director of Administrative Applications, the Applications Specialist provides technical leadership to administrative departments in the needs assessment, research, selection, acquisition, implementation, configuration, rollout, training, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of typically cloud-based or vendor developed Learning Management Systems related applications to enable departments to deliver better service to students, faculty, and staff through automation. The Applications Specialist will be required to have a broad overall knowledge of LMS administration and related processes.
