Systems & Operations Coordinator, New Student Programs and Family Engagement Pomona
The Systems and Operations Coordinator, New Student Programs and Family Engagement provides programming and operational coordination to support the implementation of the University's mandatory orientation enrollment requirement. The coordinator’s primary responsibilities include managing the CPP Pre-Orientation modules, monitoring students’ progress through modules, assisting with the office implementation of the customer relationship management (CRM) system Slate, and assisting with the evaluation and assessments developed to measure outcomes. The position also assists with planning and implementing the administrative and logistical tasks required to execute the student orientation programs successfully; counsels and guides students through any enrollment-related issues/situations; leads student assistants who provide frontline customer service to new students and their families; manages the overall flow of the office; assists with marketing, including social media and communications; and leads the summer graduate intern. The Systems and Operations Coordinator, Office of New Student Programs and Family Engagement, is also expected to demonstrate attitudes and behaviors consistent with the Division of Student Affairs' values of collaboration, inclusivity, integrity, innovation, and student-centeredness.
Assistant Coordinator for Transfer Programs Pomona
The assistant coordinator reports directly to the Director of Academic Support & Learning Services and is led by the Senior Coordinator of Transfer & Early Engagement. The assistant coordinator will support with the planning and implementation of new student transition related programs including but not limited to PolyTransfer Advantage, PolyTransfer and other initiatives and programs within the department.
LMS Administrator/Application Analyst Pomona
Under the general direction of the Director of Administrative Applications, the Applications Specialist provides technical leadership to administrative departments in the needs assessment, research, selection, acquisition, implementation, configuration, rollout, training, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of typically cloud-based or vendor developed Learning Management Systems related applications to enable departments to deliver better service to students, faculty, and staff through automation. The Applications Specialist will be required to have a broad overall knowledge of LMS administration and related processes. In addition, the Application Specialist will assist in developing and automating data exchanges between multiple applications to enhance data sharing. Finally, the incumbent will provide technical leadership in developing procedures to integrate data from various databases for a more integrated set of reports sourced from multiple application databases.

The Senior Admissions Counselor oversees several student-facing processes, such as admission appeals, deferments, exceptions, application fee waiver appeals, and late application requests. Provide intermediary support and service between counseling staff and managers, requiring higher-level analysis and decision-making. The incumbent oversees the entire counseling unit, serves as the first point of contact for applicants, parents, counselors, faculty, and staff regarding admissions processing and individual admissions situations, and handles all escalated issues requiring greater analysis and warrant resolution.
