Director, Corporate Relations Pomona
The Director of Corporate Relations is a university-wide, centrally reporting advancement position. The primary assignment of this professional is to help meet the fundraising needs of the University as it relates to corporations. Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, the assignment includes working with the college/program-based development officers and other University leadership to identify and operationalize the development objectives and goals of the Department. The Director of Corporate Relations will serve as the primary development officer engaged in donor identification, prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and communication for gifts of $25,000 or more from corporations. As an integral part of the University Advancement program, the Director of Corporate Relations will work to foster lasting relationships between the university and its benefactors, promoting positive attitudes toward private support among current and future donors.
Building Service Engineer Pomona
The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for working with one or more crews of skilled journey level Building Service Engineers and semi-skilled assistants in the operation and maintenance of the campus HVAC Systems. The incumbent will inspect, diagnose, and perform repair and overhaul of all stationary equipment on campus which involves, natural gas, water, refrigerant, and air distribution systems. This role also includes preventative maintenance on boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, fans, compressors, water treatment systems controls, and all associated equipment.
Instructional Support Technician II - Biological Sciences Department Pomona

Under the direction of the AVP for University Project and Process Management, the administrative analyst will oversee and support processes and programs within the division of Information Technology & Institutional Planning (IT&IP). This includes managing campus-wide maintenance and license contracts, processing and tracking agreements, invoices, and chargebacks, and collaborating with vendors, accounting, and procurement to ensure items are processed through completion. The administrative analyst will recommend improvements to administrative processes, assist in forecasting division costs, and track project-related expenses. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the IT&IP division.
Administrative Support Coordinator II - IT&IP Security Compliance Pomona
Under general supervision from AVP IT Security & Compliance/CISO, this position performs a variety of administrative and operational duties for the Security & Compliance department, as well as the IT&IP Division. This position is the primary responsibility for administrative support for the department, which includes procurement, travel, scheduling, reimbursements, and charge-backs, as well as providing backup support for other departments in the division. Additionally, this position provides administrative support to assigned IT&IP projects, programs, and services with administrative support tasks such as recording IT service requests, tracking expenses and chargebacks, obtaining supporting documentation, responding to inquiries, tracking status, and escalating issues. Current assigned projects/programs/services include faculty laptop replacement, loaner equipment, auto maintenance, and fire extinguisher maintenance.
Administrative Support Coordinator Pomona
The purpose of this position is to support the operations of the Student Success Center within the College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences (CLASS) as well as the academic activities throughout the college. The Administrative Support Coordinator provides general clerical support to all staff and operations within, or related to, the center, including maintaining its physical and digital presence. Cal Poly Pomona is seeking a Lead General Accountant to join the dynamic team within University Accounting Services. Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Lead General Accountant directs the work and monitors the day-to-day activities of the General Ledger and all subsidiary feeder systems. The Lead General Accountant ensures that assigned accounting program activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting standards, identifies actual or potential problems and recommends corrective or preventative actions, aides in the development of financial statements and generates reports and reconciliations, provides consultative services to campus administrators in resolving accounting problems, and recommends, implements and disseminates changes in accounting system procedures and practices. The Lead General Accountant also acts as University Accounting Services project lead on all aspects of the CSU's continuing updates and maintenance to its PeopleSoft administrative applications.
Staff Pianist Pomona
The primary job of the pianist is to work with music students and perform in rehearsals, classes, and during performances that are required aspects of many courses in the Music Department. The staff pianist also works with faculty in the presentation of their work-related performances.
Case Manager Pomona
The case manager serves as a case coordinator by overseeing the progression of referrals for students of concern and completing action plans. The case manager develops and coordinates interventions through appropriate resources, meets and follows up with students, and tracks student completion of recommendations. The incumbent will work closely with campus resource providers, clinicians, counselors, health educators, student affairs units/departments, academic affairs, and other departments in coordinating responses that meet the needs of students of concern.
