The coordinator’s primary responsibilities include managing the CPP Pre-Orientation modules, monitoring students’ progress through modules, assisting with the office implementation of the customer relationship management (CRM) system Slate, and assisting with the evaluation and assessments developed to measure outcomes. The position also assists with planning and implementing the administrative and logistical tasks required to execute the student orientation programs successfully; counsels and guides students through any enrollment-related issues/situations; leads student assistants who provide frontline customer service to new students and their families; manages the overall flow of the office; assists with marketing, including social media and communications; and leads the summer graduate intern.
