Associate Dean, Academic Personnel and Resources, CLASS Pomona
The College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences seeks a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative Associate Dean for Personnel and Academic Resources (ADPAR) to work collaboratively with the Dean, Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Student Success, budget analysts, contracts analysts and department chairs to develop and implement strategies that support faculty, staff, and student success across 12 departments, 18 programs, 350 faculty (tenure-line and lecturer), 40 staff and over 4600 majors. CLASS is the host of the CSU Summer Arts program and the ADPAR provides leadership for developing evidence-based strategies to pursue College-wide priorities outlined in the CLASS 2025-2030 Strategic Plan: Connect, Elevate, Educate.
Coordinator, Student Innovation Idea Labs Pomona

Associate Director, Male Success Initiatives (MSI) Pomona
Come lead Male Success Initiatives (MSI) as the next Associate Director! Office Coordinator Pomona
The Academic Resources office is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team! The coordinator serves as a one-to-one resource on fiscal document processing requirements as needed. For all financial documents in the division that require approval by the Provost or by the Executive Director of Academic Resources, the coordinator is independently responsible for reviewing documents for correctness based on campus and Foundation financial policies and practices, logs and tracks documents throughout a complex approval process, and forwards approved requests to the correct final destination.
Coordinator, Parents & Family Engagement Pomona
The coordinator contributes to the process of decision-making regarding Parent and Family Engagement and is responsible for promoting and supporting the parent and family engagement unit within the Office of New Student Programs and Family Engagement. This includes outreach, marketing, assessment and program oversight for parent and family activities. Cashier Pomona
Under the direction of the Manager of Student Financials and Cashiering Services, the Accounting Technician I will render excellent customer service by receipting, balancing and accounting for all of Cal Poly's cash receipts for registration, parking decals, parking citations, housing and numerous other fees and obligations due to the university. The individual will be responsible for the calculation, preparation, and collection of fees/tuition installments and third-party contracts. The cashier will also be the principal point of contact for assisting with check disbursements to employees and students.
Facilities Worker II Pomona
Under general supervision, the Facilities Worker II independently performs a wide range of more complex semiskilled and basic skilled facilities and systems maintenance, repair and renovation work, in comparison to Facilities Worker I. In addition to the work performed by the Facilities Worker I, incumbents must be able to perform basic trade work in three (3) or more trades, analyze and troubleshoot problems across multiple trade functions, and perform necessary repairs independently. Compared to the Facilities Worker I, the Facilities Worker II is trained in specific trade tasks which require a broader knowledge in several trades and a basic knowledge of theories, codes, procedures and general trade practices in applicable trade areas.
Building Service Engineer Pomona
The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for working with one or more crews of skilled journey level Building Service Engineers and semi-skilled assistants in the operation and maintenance of the campus HVAC Systems. The incumbent will inspect, diagnose, and perform repair and overhaul of all stationary equipment on campus which involves, natural gas, water, refrigerant, and air distribution systems. This role also includes preventative maintenance on boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, fans, compressors, water treatment systems controls, and all associated equipment.
Associate Director, Counseling & Psychological Services Pomona
Under the supervision of the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Director, the Associate Director shares responsibilities with the Director for the leadership of CAPS which includes Survivor Advocacy Services (SAS). In collaboration with the Director, the Associate Director shares responsibility in the management of clinical policies, procedures and records and center accreditation. The Associate Director supervises clinical members of the Counseling Services staff as well as administrative support staff, provides supervision for graduate level interns and manages the department in the absence of the Director. As a member of the clinical staff, the Associate Director provides counseling, consultation, educational outreach, and urgent-response services to students and the University community in support of the mission of CAPS and the division of Student Affairs.
