This is a rare opportunity to help shape the physical future of one of the nation’s leading polytechnic universities. The scope of this role includes: stewardship of a 1,400-acre campus, oversight of 200+ buildings and 5.5M+ square feet of facilities, leadership of ~160 facilities professionals, executive oversight of facilities operations, capital planning, design & construction, and utilities, and implementation of a newly approved campus physical master plan. The SAVP will play a key leadership role in advancing major campus initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across one of the CSU system’s most dynamic campuses. |
