Senior Admissions Counselor Pomona
The Senior Admissions Counselor trains, guides, and oversees departmental admission counselors. The incumbent reviews, analyzes, and determines counseling strategies and modalities that meet the needs of our constituents, including exploring and developing software platforms for service functions and communications. The Senior Admissions Counselor oversees several student-facing processes, such as admission appeals, deferments, exceptions, application fee waiver appeals, and late application requests. Provide intermediary support and service between counseling staff and managers, requiring higher-level analysis and decision-making. The incumbent oversees the entire counseling unit, serves as the first point of contact for applicants, parents, counselors, faculty, and staff regarding admissions processing and individual admissions situations, and handles all escalated issues requiring greater analysis and warrant resolution.
Associate Director, Student Success Advising Pomona
The Associate Director, Student Success Advising will oversee the implementation and assessment of the university-level advising case management model, the training and coordination of advising efforts and triaging critical support services to students in need. Clery Director Pomona
