The Faculty Recruitment and Hiring Coordinator position is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition plans, initiating strategies in collaboration with the Employee and Organizational Development and Advancement/Human Resources Operations (EODA-HR) to support the development of highly diverse and qualified talent pools for tenure line faculty and temporary faculty. The Coordinator conducts applicant sourcing and partnering with the colleges for diversity outreach, screening, selection and recruitment, and the facilitation of hiring in coordination with HR. The position plays a key role in identifying improvements to processes and systems, and partners with HEERA Managers to develop effective and appropriate recruitment and selection plans in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations as well as with the Unit 3 and Unite 11 Collective Bargaining Agreements and with University policies. |
