This position is located in the Facilities Planning & Management Department and works under the general guidance of the SAVP, Facilities Planning & Management. The Director leads all aspects of Facilities Operations including but not limited to Energy, Utilities and all of the Facilities Maintenance shops (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Automation, Landscape, Custodial, Fleet, Paint, Lock, Carpenter and Sustainability). This role is responsible for managing and reducing deferred maintenance backlogs through efficient and effective organizational development prioritizing preventative maintenance activities. |
