| Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Vice President for Campus Life/Senior Director for Student Organizations & Leadership, the Administrative Support Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing general office, clerical, and administrative support for students, faculty, and/or staff. Assignments and projects often involve interaction and coordinating with other work groups to gather routine information and/or solve problems. This position is responsible for a full range of work activities including the processing of mail, maintaining files and records, scheduling and arranging appointments, providing budget support, processing documents and records, gathering data, preparing standard reports, and interacting with and solving problems for work unit customers (including students) and staff. The incumbent provides administrative and budgetary support to the fundraising efforts of the department. |
