The Disability Access Center (DAC) offers a wide range of accommodation services that ensure students with disabilities have equal access and opportunity to pursue their educational goals. The Hourly Interpreter position will provide on-site interpreting services for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and/or Deaf-Blind students in: classrooms, lectures, labs, assigned course activities, placements, internships; in meetings with other academic departments, advisors, professors, university platform situations, telephone interpreting for academically related needs; provide limited mobility assistance for Deaf-Blind students, and voice for students, as needed. This position is temporary, on call.
University Counselor Sacramento
Student Health and Counseling Services is a fully integrated mental and physical health and wellness facility. The counselor in this position will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes Primary Care, Pharmacy, Nutrition Services, Sport Medicine, Athletic Training, Basic Needs Resource Center, CARES, and Health and Wellness Services. In addition to direct clinical services, the counselor will provide campus outreach, training, and consultation to students, faculty, and staff as directed.
