The College of Continuing Education (CCE) is seeking multiple Senior Project Coordinators. The Senior Project Coordinators are responsible for planning, managing, and producing professional education projects, mostly large-scale, multi-faceted conferences and training programs. Responsibilities involve strong client relationships, event concept development, program development, event detail planning, internal staff supervision and/or lead work direction, negotiation, policy development, promotion, implementation, and reporting. This position manages simultaneous events across the state of California at varying stages while exhibiting a high level of customer service and quality to our clients and their diverse needs. |
Project Analyst (Two Positions)

The Project Analyst is primarily responsible for coordinating the design and construction process on campus projects. This position often requires conceptual design, space planning, and renderings to be generated for evaluating project feasibility, meeting with Architectural and Construction teams to provide project oversight, ensuring project documentation is completed in a timely manner, maintaining historical project information, and representing the department and/or acting as a liaison with project stakeholders on campus. A Project Analyst will need architectural design and construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team on developing scope, schedules, and budgets for projects of various sizes. |
